Greencove Springs, FL. 32043 North Florida Auctions is located on State Road 16, about half way between Penny Farms and Greencove Springs at the Clay County Fairgrounds.  Typically, this means that one will come from either Highway 17 through Greencove Springs or Florida State Road 21 (Blanding Blvd.) through Middleburg.  Having said that, here's how you can get to our live auction.

If you're coming from Middleburg:

1. Go North or South on Blanding/SR-21 into Middleburg.
2. Turn South East on CR-218.  Follow it on out to SR-16.
3. Turn East on SR-16.  Continue on SR-16 for aprox. 4.4 miles.
4. Turn Right into the Clay County Fair Grounds.

If you're coming from Greencove Springs:

1. Go North or South on Roosevelt/US-17 into Greencove Springs.
2. Turn West on SR-16.  Continue on SR-16 for aprox. 4.0 miles.
3. Turn Left into the Clay County Fair Grounds.

When you get here, you'll want to pull up to this building.
